Local Delivery
Cherished Candles is now excited to offer Same Day Local Delivery to the Springfield Missouri Metro Area. Orders must be received by 12:00 P.M. CST to receive same day delivery, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. CST will be delivered next day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered Monday. To ensure a successful delivery, please make sure to provide the Name, Business name, address, suite number and any other additional information in the comments at checkout as well as good contact number
UPS Ground
The Cherished Candles Team makes your order our top priority. Most items can be shipped 1 to 2 business days after the order was received via UPS Ground. Custom Personalization may cause an additional day delay. (Orders received after 3:00 P.M. CST will not be processed until the following business day) If you have a special request contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Return Policy
At this time Cherished Candles does not accept returns and all sales are final.
For products that have arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
